Breaking down basic information can sound simplistic to anyone. But a lot of times it can be overcomplicated and manipulated. A former educator earlier on in my career watched me coach someone through a color correction and she said I should consider educating.

We constantly encourage one another in our everyday lives and aren't afraid to reach out for help. WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR BEST PRACTICES FOR RETAILING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS?
Talking about retail immediately in the consultation/appointment and treating it like a conversation. Keep it simple for them too. Give them a good handful of products (3-5) to take home and instruct quick tips and tricks to help them through.
ANY HOBBIES? OR ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE OF DOING HAIR?
I love to cook! I find it incredibly therapeutic, and I love to be creative with it too.
