KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Promoting the KEVIN.MURPHY culture and philosophy of inspiring salons through education.
  
• Educating salons on COLOR.ME theory, the COLOR.ME range, colour correction, troubleshooting and hands-on colour workshops. 
  
• Being a team player is key to this role as well as working in conjunction with MASTERS, other KEYS, BRAND.SPECIALISTS, Distributors and Account Executives.

Requirements:

• Actively utilize the entire range of KEVIN.MURPHY, including COLOR.ME, for at least 1 year.
  
• 40% of salon services must include colour 5 years experience as a stylist is preferred.
  
• 5 years experience as a stylist is preferred.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Retail to service percentage of 15%
  
• Completion of at least COLOR.ME START prior to applying.
  
• Passion for expanding the KEVIN.MURPHY community and creating strong relationships within the distributorship.
  
• Specifically seeking stylists in Ohio and Indiana.
  
• Must be willing to travel.
  
• Loyal customer of Premier Beauty Supply.
